My work sits at the intersection of leadership growth and organizational reality. I support nonprofit professionals through coaching and mentoring, especially those who are building confidence, stepping into greater responsibility, and growing into stronger leadership. I also work with nonprofit organizations on organizational development and fund development strategy, helping leaders strengthen culture, communication, structure, alignment, and the connections between programs, development, and overall effectiveness. My approach is grounded in the perspective of an executive director and experienced nonprofit manager who understands how organizations function behind the scenes.
